What made you decide to get into the business of food & drink?

My wife (Nathalie) is French and has a passion for fresh breads and pastries (the picture below is our morning selection – and that looks yummy!)

Why Reno?

We have been business owners in Reno for 20 years, love TOTALLY love this community and living in Reno.

Why are you excited for Reno Restaurant Week?

Everyone has been sheltering at home and that is not healthy for humans, we are social beings unlike anything else on the planet.  Going out and sharing a meal with a friend or you family is something everyone thinks is special.

What is one thing you’d like your guests to know about you and/or your establishment?

Everything is made fresh daily, by people that live here! No artificial ingredients, just like grandma use to make (never frozen, like you might find at many other locations in town where you buy bread).

How are you complying with safety guidelines for COVID-19?

We have followed all the guidelines, never closed!  Our team works day and night to provide fresh baked goods for our store and many restaurants in the area.  Your support of other local restaurants, also supports the House of Bread, it’s a double whammy when you eat at a place that uses our product for their meals.
