An interview with Eric Barton, Co-Owner

What made you decide to get into the business of food & drink?

Tom (Marrin) and I have always been in the food and beverage service industry but the truth is we’ve always had a love for sandwiches.

Why Reno?

We started out in Truckee but knew a long time ago that we wanted to be a part of the new Reno food scene.

Why are you excited for Reno Restaurant Week?

We are excited about Reno Restaurant Week because it is a great opportunity for the local community to get out and try some new restaurants. Also, we are looking forward to rolling out our new Burritos of Gnarnia menu. 

What is one thing you’d like your guests to know about you and/or your establishment?

WE LOVE SANDWICHES and we feel that our customers can taste that in everyone one we make.

How are you complying with safety guidelines for COVID-19?

We have created a new COVID-19 employee guideline binder with all up to date CDC and local health department guidelines and all employees are following these guidelines.
