An interview with Clint Peetz, Owner

What made you decide to get into the business of food & drink? ​

I have worked in all sectors of the restaurant business and really have learned that I enjoy people, food and of course a drink here and there. I love bringing local food to restaurants to support farms and ranches located in this certain environment. 

Why Reno? ​

We love the people of Reno, and our food is local to them. Plus, we have great drinks and the best burgers.

Why are you excited for Reno Restaurant Week? ​

Fat Cat Bar & Grill loves the opportunity to “give back” to our City. We love to offer our influence on events which help valuable charities in our area.

What is one thing you’d like your guests to know about you and/or your establishment? ​

We bring the freshest and most local ingredients to them. Our burgers are 100% Grass Fed Meat and delivered weekly from Bently Ranch in Minden, NV. Plus, we have a wonderful Happy Hour and patio seating as well.

How are you complying with safety guidelines for COVID-19? ​

We take keeping our employees and customers “healthy” very seriously. We are and will be following all guidelines provided by Washoe County to ensure we help in STOPPING the spread of this horrific virus.
