UPDATE: Reno Restaurant Week is now Reno Food & Drink Week!
Hungry in Reno is pleased to announce that the 2nd Annual Reno Restaurant Week will be taking place June 2-9, 2021. Participating food and drink establishments will offer fixed price menus, drink flights and/or specialty food/drink items that will only be available during this week.
“The culture and reputation of our community is a reflection of its restaurant scene,” said Erin Bogart, Owner of Bistro 7. “Good restaurants are vital to making Reno a desirable place to live and we are excited to, once again, participate in this event that supports such an important industry in our community.”
Reno Restaurant Week has been created to support and celebrate the local food and drink community, to encourage locals and visitors to try new places, delicious dishes and tasty beverages during this week and, hopefully after having an excellent experience, revisit throughout the year.
“I’m so excited for another chance to celebrate Reno/Tahoe’s wonderfully eclectic culinary experiences,” said Cheree Boteler, Founder of Hungry in Reno and Reno Restaurant Week. “It is my greatest pleasure to have the opportunity to work with owners, chefs and managers to promote their establishments before, during and after this tasty week.”
Food and drink establishments within the Reno, Sparks, Carson & Tahoe area are invited to register to participate by visiting https://bit.ly/2021RRWparticipant. Sponsorships are also available for this event, interested parties can visit https://bit.ly/2021RRWsponsor or contact Cheree Boteler at [email protected] or 775.527.2023.
Reno Restaurant Week’s current sponsors are Sierra Meat and Seafood, Swizzle Brand Solutions, THE ROW: Eldorado, Circus Circus, Silver Legacy, Berge &Company CPA and Reno Tahoe Limousine.
While Reno Restaurant Week is not a charity event but a community event created to support and promote local food and drink establishments, 100% of the net income from this event will be split evenly between the three 2021 Hungry Gives Back charities: Eddy House, Reno Rodeo Foundation and STEP2.
“We are honored to be a part of the Hungry in Reno Team,” said Diaz Dixon, CEO of Eddy House. “It is amazing when community minded people invest in making this place stronger and better. We are humbled, truly humbled.”
