An interview with Jason Green & Matt Johnson, Owners

What made you decide to get into the business of food & drink? 

We were passionate homebrewers who has dreams of sharing our beer with the world and so decided to move from amateur to professional. 

Why Reno?

Reno and Nevada is our home and we love the community and culture of northern Nevada. It only made sense to be part of the entrepreneurial growth that has helped make our city a destination for more than just gambling. 

Why are you excited for Reno Restaurant Week?

We love to showcase our products and share our craft with new people and its a simple way to collaborate and give back to the community. 

What is one thing you’d like your guests to know about you and/or your establishment?

We love to teach people about beer and help them find something that they like so please never be afraid to ask questions or taste beer until you find the perfect match for your taste buds. 

How are you complying with safety guidelines for COVID-19?

We are operating at 50% capacity with extra measures including employees wearing facemasks, extra sanitization of our facilities, and seating setup for social distancing.
