A Statement from Brothers Barbecue about COVID-19 Safety
We have continually coached and trained our staff on the importance of sanitizing after every guest, frequent hand washing, gloves, required face coverings, self-health checks, added a mobile hand wash station for guests to use, removed tables to comply with responsible social distancing, use of disposable cutlery, and cups, and implemented a Green= clean and Red= dirty program for every table.
