Finish the meal with Ginger Pudding. The Lunar New Year menu is available for two or more guests for $88 per person Friday, Feb. 12 beginning at 5 p.m.

A staple in the Reno culinary community for more than 25 years, Chef Kan Pui Li brings his expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine to Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, where he currently serves as Asian Specialty Chef. Born and raised in China, Chef Kan studied Hotel and Tourism Management at Baptist University in Hong Kong, where he went on to hold various culinary positions in some of the city’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants, including the Hong Kong Hotel, Peninsula Hotel and American Club Hong Kong.
