On Sundays, we brunch! Charlie Palmer Steak at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (GSR), Reno’s only celebrity chef-owned restaurant, has launched a brand-new, delectable Sunday brunch menu with bottomless mimosas. Guests are encouraged to make advance reservations through OpenTable.
Start your Sunday brunch with a choice between either CP Spinach Cobb with applewood smoked bacon, grilled chicken, avocado, marinated tomato and Point Reyes blue cheese; Seasonal Mixed Greens with tobacco red onion, focaccia crouton and cherry tomato tossed with a citrus vinaigrette; Steakhouse Wedge Salad topped with applewood smoked bacon, cherry tomato and Point Reyes blue cheese; Rock Shrimp Cocktail with pepper vodka cocktail sauce and lemon; Molasses Glazed Pork Belly served with a loaded potato hash, cured egg yolk and Vermont maple syrup; or House Smoked Salmon with grilled sourdough, hardboiled egg, shallot, chive and dill crème fraîche.
For the second course, menu selections include either CP Steak & Eggs with a New York strip and eggs any style; Chicken & Waffles featuring Double Fried Mary’s Chicken and bourbon infused maple syrup; CP BLT Sandwich with applewood smoked bacon, marinated beefsteak tomatoes, arugula and avocado on grilled sourdough bread; West Coast Breakfast Power Bowl with a poached egg, quinoa, avocado, fresh spinach and toasted pepitas topped with a goat cheese crumble; or Eggs Benedict with a choice between smoked ham and poached egg, Dungeness crab, avocado and spinach, or steakhouse BLT, pork belly, arugula and oven roasted tomato. Guests can also order an Omelet with their choice of ham, sausage, bacon, avocado, tomato, spinach, mushrooms or onions and cheddar, Monterey jack or gruyere. The second course also comes with a selection of mouthwatering sides, including either Home Fries served with peppers and onions or Duck Fat Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. The CPS Dessert Duo featuring strawberry shortcake and chocolate pot de crème will complete the meal.
Charlie Palmer Steak will serve brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for $49 per person, which includes bottomless mimosas through the second course. Menus and details can be found at charliepalmersteak.com.
