What made you decide to get into the business of food & drink?
We have been in business for 10 years, Reno is our 5th location and first outside of California.
Why Reno?
We have been waiting for the right space for us in the Reno area for the past 6 years. We finally found the perfect space and time for us to make the commitment to Reno. We opened to the public September 4, 2019.
Why are you excited for Reno Restaurant Week?
Being a new concept in a new city, we hope to show off to the community our version of a modern steak and seafood house.
What is one thing you’d like your guests to know about you and/or your establishment?
We are not a chain and are solely owned by Karoline and Mark Platt who reside in both Truckee and Sacramento.
How are you complying with safety guidelines for COVID-19?
We have social distanced our tables/seats, staff members wear masks, and we follow all the state mandates for sanitization in addition to adding our own extra steps to make guests feel safe.
