What made you decide to get into the business of food/drink?
We wanted to get in to the business to provide a healthy, quick and convenient option for our community.
What is one thing you’d like your guests to know about you and/or your establishment?
We are a juice and salad bar that also provides smoothies, açaí bowls, hummus and muesli. Everything we offer is made fresh and everything is homemade with no sugar added.
How are you complying with safety guidelines for COVID-19?
We are complying with the safety guidelines for cover-19 by only seating every other table at the time. Sanitizing doors, tables, and payment screen after every person. We provided a shield for the cashier and customer. Our grab and go fridge for the juices and quick bites are to only be touched by employees wearing gloves.
