About This Establishment
Batch is an artisan bakery using organic ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible. Everything is hand-stirred in small batches for perfection. They cook with:
- Organic, non-GMO eggs, locally sourced
- Homemade vanilla, made by stripping the beans and fermenting
- Organic nuts, coconut, flours, and sugars
Batch offers various Paleo and Vegan options, promoting the consumption of real, whole, nutrient-dense, unprocessed foods that are more healthful than harmful to the body. The vegan options contain no animal products, including honey in some cases. All options are non-GMO.
Additionally, Batch provides healthy Gluten-Free options, using organic coconut, almond, and chickpea flours instead of wheat.
