The Club at Rancharrah, Reno’s premier private social club, hosts its 4th Annual Harvest Fest, October 19, 2024, 12-4p. For the first time, The Club has opened 50 tickets to the public, allowing non-members the opportunity to experience the culinary program and club culture.

“Harvest season is a time of togetherness,” said Jessica Pauletto, Assistant GM and Membership Director. “It’s our greatest joy to bring people together, rewrite traditions, and offer unique experiences that can only be found at The Club.”
At the centerpiece of the family event lies an Argentinian outdoor oven, where fire and raked embers yield snapper filets, flamed oysters, peri-peri chicken, short ribs, lamb kofta, roasted kabocha and honeynut squash, grilled corn on the cob, caramelized yams and parsnips, and charred broccolini. Surrounding the hearth will feature an abundant display of rustic soups, artisan bread, salads, cheeses, finger foods and desserts.
In addition to the culinary experience, Harvest Fest is a multi-generational playground with a live band, a beer, wine and spirits garden, and a local vendor fair. Guests can shop, eat, dance, and enjoy family activities, including a petting zoo, hay maze, pumpkin patch, axe throwing, obstacle races, extreme sports, and a climbing wall.
Local partnerships play a significant role in this event, with contributions from Andelin Family Farms (pumpkins and corn stocks), Sierra Feed & Saddlery (hay), Ohana Ranch (petting zoo), and Moana Nursery (mums).
The Club at Rancharrah sits on the former 141-acre Harrah Family Estate, where Bill Harrah, the renowned casino magnate, hosted distinguished entertainers, celebrities and politicians. The 40,000 square foot clubhouse, formerly the private residence of John Harrah, serves as a modern venue for 600 family memberships. Amenities include Nineteen 57 Bar & Restaurant, an opulent spa, lockers and wellness lounges, a three-level fitness center, meeting rooms and private event spaces, a 25-meter lap pool, pickleball, bocce, firepits and walking trails.
