2023 Sparks Food & Drink Week

WHAT IS SPARKS FOOD & DRINK WEEK?
Sparks Food & Drink Week is a community event designed to support and celebrate local food and drink establishments.

The 2nd Annual Sparks Food & Drink Week is a 7-day celebration of Sparks’ eclectic food and drink scene and will take place October 11-18, 2023.

Cheree Boteler is the founder & owner of the Hungry in Sparks and the event organizer.

HOW DOES SPONSORING SPARKS FOOD & DRINK WEEK BENEFIT MY BUSINESS?
There are several compelling reasons your business should consider sponsoring:

  • To Show Your Support! Taking part in this week will show your commitment to our community and to seeing food and drink establishments thrive.

WHAT ARE THE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS?

Presenting Sponsor (only one available): $5,000
As a Sparks Food & Drink Week Presenting Sponsor, you will receive the following^:

  • Logo embedded with Sparks Food & Drink Week logo on all print & digital materials
  • Digital, print and media recognition
  • Four (4) tickets to the VIP Dinner taking place Wednesday, October 11, 2023 (a value of $1,500+)
  • One representative from your business will be invited to attend pre-event tastings at food/drink locations
  • The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Sparks no later than October 1, 2023)

Platinum Sponsor (limited availability): $2,000
As a Sparks Food & Drink Week Platinum Sponsor, you will receive the following^:

  • Digital, print and media recognition
  • Two (2) tickets to the VIP Dinner taking place Wednesday, October 11, 2023 (a value of $500+)
  • The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Sparks no later than October 1, 2023)

Gold Sponsor: $1,000
As a Sparks Food & Drink Week Gold Sponsor, you will receive the following^:

  • Digital, print and media recognition
  • One (1) ticket to the VIP Progressive Dinner taking place Wednesday, October 11, 2023 (a value of $250+)
  • The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Sparks no later than October 1, 2023)

Silver Sponsor: $500
As a Sparks Food & Drink Week Bronze Sponsor, you will receive the following^:

  • Digital, print and media recognition
  • The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Sparks no later than October 1, 2023)

^Any establishment registering to be a sponsor after August 1, 2023 may not be recognized on print materials as this is the print deadline; however, all other recognition applies.

If you choose to donate a raffle item you will receive the following^:

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SPONSOR?
As a Sparks Food & Drink Week sponsor, please provide the following to Hungry in Reno by October 1, 2023:

  • A high-resolution logo (must be vector/print ready) for your business.
  • While it’s not mandatory, we’d love for you to contribute a raffle item to our raffle.

IS MY SPONSORSHIP TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Sparks Food & Drink Week is not a charity event but a community event created to support and celebrate local food and drink establishments. Any Sparks Food & Drink Week sponsorships should be considered a business expense and, as such, may be tax-deductible. However, we are not tax professionals and would encourage you to contact a tax professional if you have any questions about this topic.
