WHAT IS RENO FOOD & DRINK WEEK?
Reno Food & Drink Week is a community event designed to support and celebrate local food and drink establishments.
The 4th Annual Reno Food & Drink Week is a 12 day celebration of Reno’s eclectic food and drink scene and will take place June 5-16, 2023.
Cheree Boteler is the founder & owner of the Hungry in Reno and the event organizer.
HOW DOES SPONSORING RENO FOOD & DRINK WEEK BENEFIT MY BUSINESS?
There are several compelling reasons your business should consider sponsoring:
- To Show Your Support! Taking part in this week will show your commitment to our community and to seeing food and drink establishments thrive.
- To Boost The Economy! Participating in this week can also help improve the local economy and build the areas reputation as a foodie destination, which can improve tourism.
- Promo YO! This event will be heavily marketed to locals and visitors, the recognition your business will receive as a sponsor is a great way to boost awareness about your business and the services and/or products you provide.
WHAT ARE THE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS?
Platinum (limited availability): $3,000
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Platinum Sponsor, you will receive the following^:
- Digital, print and media recognition
- One digital advertisement including complimentary design services (if needed) with priority level placement and displayed on the event website for a full year
- Two (2) tickets to both (or four (4) tickets to one) of the VIP Progressive Dinners taking place during the week (a value of $1,000).
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2023).
Gold: $1,000
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Gold Sponsor, you will receive the following^:
- Digital, print and media recognition
- One digital advertisement including complimentary design services (if needed) displayed the events website for a full year
- Two (2) tickets to one of the VIP Progressive Dinners taking place during the week (a value of $500).
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2023).
Silver: $500
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Silver Sponsor, you will receive the following^:
- Digital, print and media recognition
- One (1) ticket to one of the VIP Progressive Dinners taking place during the week (a value of $250).
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2023).
Raffle Item Donor
If you choose to donate a raffle item you will receive the following^:
- Digital, print and media recognition

^While we will do our best, due to printing timelines and social media schedules we cannot guarantee full digital, print and media recognition to sponsors that sign up after May 1, 2023.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SPONSOR?
As a Reno Food & Drink Week sponsor, please provide the following to Hungry in Reno by May 1, 2023:
- A high-resolution logo (must be vector/print ready) for your business.
- While it’s not mandatory, we’d love for you to promote the event by hanging a poster or providing flyers at your business and/or sharing the event via your social media and/or e-mail.
IS MY SPONSORSHIP TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Reno Food & Drink Week is not a charity event but a community event created to support and celebrate local food and drink establishments. Any Reno Food & Drink Week sponsorships should be considered a business expense and, as such, may be tax-deductible. However, we are not tax professionals and would encourage you to contact a tax professional if you have any questions about this topic.
