WHAT IS RENO FOOD & DRINK WEEK?
Reno Food & Drink Week is a 12-day community celebration designed to support and celebrate the vibrant local food and drink establishments in Reno/Sparks and surrounding areas. The 5th Annual Reno Food & Drink Week will take place June 3-14, 2024.
Cheree Boteler is the founder & owner of the Hungry in Reno and the event organizer.
HOW DOES PARTNERING RENO FOOD & DRINK WEEK BENEFIT MY BUSINESS?

WHAT ARE THE PARTNERSHIP LEVELS?
Platinum Partner (limited availability): $10,000
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Platinum Partner, you will receive the following^:
- Digital, print and media recognition
- Six (6) tickets to the VIP Progressive Dinner taking place Wednesday, June 5, 2024 including transportation (if visiting more than one location)
- One representative from your business will be invited to attend pre-event tastings at food/drink locations
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2024)
Diamond Partner (limited availability): $4,000
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Diamond Partner, you will receive the following^:
- Digital, print and media recognition
- Four (4) tickets to the VIP Progressive Dinner taking place Wednesday, June 5, 2024
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2024)
Gold Partner: $2,000
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Gold Partner, you will receive the following^:
- Digital and print recognition
- Two (2) tickets to the VIP Progressive Dinner taking place Wednesday, June 5, 2024
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2024)
Silver Partner: $1,000
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Silver Partner, you will receive the following^:
- Digital and print recognition
- One (1) ticket to the VIP Progressive Dinner taking place Wednesday, June 5, 2024
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2024)
Bronze Partner: $500
As a Reno Food & Drink Week Bronze Partner, you will receive the following^:
- Digital and print recognition
- The option to add merch/promo items to the VIP Progressive Dinner gift bags to promote your business to attendees (100 items must be provided to Hungry in Reno no later than June 1, 2024)
Customized and in-kind partnerships are also available, just share your ideas with us by dropping us an e-mail!
^Any establishment registering to be a partner after April 1, 2024 will not be recognized on print materials as this is the print deadline; however, all other recognition applies.
Raffle Item Contributor
If you choose to donate a raffle item you will receive the following^:
- Digital recognition
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTNER?
As a Reno Food & Drink Week partner, please provide the following to Hungry in Reno by April 1, 2024:
- A high-resolution logo (must be vector/print ready) for your business.
- While it’s not mandatory, we’d love for you to contribute a raffle item to our raffle.
IS MY PARTNERSHIP TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
While Reno Food & Drink Week is not a charity event, partnerships may be considered a business expense and potentially tax-deductible. Please consult your tax professional for guidance.
Businesses or individuals looking to potentially receive a charitable contribution tax deduction are encouraged to donate directly to a local charity or sponsor an official charity event put on by a local charity.
