Dragonfly Bagel Co. is a small artisan bagel shop offering a weekly rotating menu, delicious brewed coffee, tasty pastries, and warm company.
In 2007, Caitlin Parker Gammage, the owner and baker, started her first shop, Firefly Coffee House, in Santa Cruz, CA. It was there that she developed her wonderful bagel recipe. After 10 successful years at Firefly, she decided to sell the coffee house and settle permanently in Lake Tahoe. In February 2018, Caitlin and her husband, EJ Gammage, started Dragonfly Bagel Co. Originally intended as a fun pop-up while planning their future restaurant, Molasses, they quickly realized South Lake Tahoe was in great need of a neighborhood bagelry. In 2020, they opened a brick-and-mortar location.
