About This Establishment
Dopo is the unlikely wild child of Coffeebar founder Greg Buchheister. “Dopo” means “after” in Italian, creating a place to end the day, whether celebrating wins or licking wounds.
Dopo was birthed in August 2021 after a short love affair with the restaurant’s first iteration, Food and Drink. Dopo evolved from take-out pizza and savvy social media into the neighborhood red sauce joint that Reno didn’t know it needed. Notably, it was Yelp’s #12 restaurant in the country in 2021.
At Dopo, the heart of the culinary offerings is the incredible pizza, made from scratch with love—a core tenet of the Coffeebar ethos. Realizing that pizza alone wasn’t enough, Buchheister introduced fresh pasta, giving rise to Dopo Pizza & Pasta.
