The Union in Carson City belongs to chef Mark Estee’s Reno Local Food Group and unites a pub, taphouse and coffee bar. The beer side of the ledger features housemade brews and other craft beers; the team roasts its own beans for the coffee drinks.

At the restaurant, try the kettle chips with onion dip, gnocchi with basil pesto and summer squash, a three-pork pizza fashioned with organic dough and a barbecue plate with brewery fries. “Almost all the food you eat is handmade on the premises,” Estee says.

We use only the finest local ingredients to create our mouth-watering dishes.
