Some of the city’s best burgers, the kind with bulging biceps, issue from the kitchen of this longtime low-key bar and grill. Burgers are made with ground sirloin. The half-pound bacon cheeseburger includes lettuce, tomato, a heap of grilled onions and swipes of Thousand Island dressing. The Nevada burger features pastrami, bacon, grilled onions and two cheeses.
Ryan’s also supplies bar snacks like cheese curds, fried pickles and chicken wings by the pound, plus sandwiches like a buffalo chicken version, a mix at breakfast with chicken fried steak or eggs and sides, a children’s menu and happy hour specials like a double for only $2 more.
