Rim brings together the flavors of Asia. A Jade Garden cocktail calls on Roku Japanese gin, while a Lulu-Lemongrass harnesses Haku vodka. The beverage list also includes a house sake, creamy cloudy nigori sake, and junmai and junmai ginjo quality levels of sake.
The sushi menu provides about three dozen familiar, specialty and hand rolls, along with sashimi and nigiri. At dinner, the fare ranges from Vietnamese summer rolls to steamed pork dumplings spiked with chili oil, from fried rice with dried scallop to Peking duck to Korean-style short ribs.
