For owner Steve Williams of Redwood Rotisserie + Grill, local is as local does. “We think local supporting local is the only way we can survive and rise above in these trying times,” he says, listing his local sourcing like 10 Torr Vodka, 10 taps from area breweries, bread from Franco French Baking Co. and meats from Ponderosa Meat Co.
Redwood celebrates meaty pleasure in dishes like a rotisserie chicken chopped salad, tri-tip tacos, a shaved pit ham and cheese sandwich, Certified Angus Beef burgers and a rib-eye with lashings of blue cheese and fried onions.
