A moon gate, a feature of traditional Japanese and Chinese garden design, marks the entrance to Red Bloom, the newest restaurant in the Atlantis. Red Bloom features a curved dining room with decorative steamers hung just so and blond wooden slats partitioning Red Bloom from the buffet next door. In a mural above, the eyes of an Asian woman look across the space.

“We’re excited to offer guests a modern twist on authentic Asian dishes” says David Holman, assistant executive chef of Atlantis. Some of those items: pork and shrimp siu mai, bao buns with pork belly, outstanding tempura, kicked up ramen, and big plates like Peking duck and galbi Korean spiced beef short ribs.
