Nothing to It! Culinary Center, open for 21 years, has become a cornerstone of Northern Nevada’s food and drink community. NTI presents cooking classes led by its talented culinary team or national food figures. Its kitchen store is impossible not to browse (and buy from). NTI’s Gourmet Deli expertly riffs on the classic trio of soups, salads and sandwiches.
“And,” says co-owner Lara Ritchie, “dessert is important to our dining experience.” Which means chocolate chip cookies, bread pudding or a daily dessert are must-haves when you drop by the deli.
