“We love sandwiches!” exclaims Eric Barton, co-owner of Full Belly Deli. And how, with a menu ranging across sandwiches, subs, wraps and burritos. Like a Cuban sandwich featuring roasted pork and Black Forest ham, a Sicilian sub draped with melted provolone, a biscuits and gravy breakfast burrito and a Thai chicken wrap with spicy peanut dressing.
Full Belly now has three locations for sandwiching: the original Truckee store, the Mill Street shop in Reno and the newest deli in Midtown.
