Dining is drama at Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse, with servers slicing skewers of freshly roasted meats for customers at the table. Churrasco cooking “has been a tradition for generations in Southern Brazil, where gauchos (cowboys) pierce large pieces of meat and slowly grill them over open-flame pits,” explains owner Diego Zaroski.

Besides big meat, meals at Churrasco include a market table with hot and cold dishes (i.e., salads, cheeses, mushroom risotto, chicken stroganoff). During Reno Food & Drink Week, dessert is included, too.

All-You-Can-Eat Rodizio Dinner

Eight all you can eat rotisserie grilled meats including: picanha, top sirloin, garlic picanha, leg of lamb, pork loin, pork ribs, sausage and chicken thighs.

Fresh market table including: spring mix salad, Waldorf salad, quinoa salad, fresh tomatoes, imported cheeses, Caesar salad, mango salad, chicken salad, potato salad, hearts of palm, jasmine rice, chicken stroganoff, farofa, Brazilian feijoada, garlic mashed potatoes, mushroom risotto and Brazilian cheese bread.

Includes one complimentary dessert, choices are: chocolate cake or carrot cake.
