Participant: Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse
by Johnathan L. Wright
Dining is drama at Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse, with servers slicing skewers of freshly roasted meats for customers at the table. Churrasco cooking “has been a tradition for generations in Southern Brazil, where gauchos (cowboys) pierce large pieces of meat and slowly grill them over open-flame pits,” explains owner Diego Zaroski.
Besides big meat, meals at Churrasco include a market table with hot and cold dishes (i.e., salads, cheeses, mushroom risotto, chicken stroganoff). During Reno Food & Drink Week, dessert is included, too.
We treat guests to an unforgettable experience through our chef-driven cuisine, world-class full bar and unparalleled hospitality.Diego Zroski, owner
