Natalie Landsinger, owner of the new Bouchée Confections on West Moana Lane, says she was always drawn to baking and pastry, settling in Reno-Tahoe near family after stints in Europe (Paris!), Sonoma County and Jackson Hole. The bakery offers housemade small-batch petits gâteaux, chocolates and other confections. Orders may be placed online.
