Charlie Palmer Steak, from one of America’s most celebrated chefs, excels at steakhouse standards with a modern twist in one of Reno’s most striking dining establishments. You might begin at the long bar with flute of Palmer brand sparkling wine or a barrel-aged boulevardier cocktail.
In the dining room, beneath a striking chandelier composed of steel shards, a chilled seafood tower rises and oysters arrive on the half shell. Steakhouse cioppino is chunked with six seafoods. And sustainable lamb chops, a brawny rib-eye with foie gras butter and a host of creative sides are there for the asking, too.
