Jason Green and Matt Johnson, owners of IMBIB, were “passionate home brewers who had dreams of sharing our beer with the world, so we decided to move from amateur to professional,” they say. Other breweries have come and gone, but IMBIB has thrived, becoming essential to the city’s food and drink culture.
The duo crafts “beer for everyone”: German lagers, barrel-aged beers, hop-forward versions and Belgian beers, all served from their friendly tap room.
