Since its 2015 debut, Centro, owned by Albert Gazzola, has become a favorite spot for fashionable grazing over wine, craft cocktails and inventive plates for sharing. The spring 2021 menu, created by Executive Chef, Cameron Atkinson, ranges from artichoke and chanterelle bucatini to miso beef tataki, from octopus with black garlic to sticky ribs elbowed by pickled carrots.
